Wow, there is some NEWS in this week’s update. Almost 2,000 new listings, almost 1,200 listings with price decreases and almost 1,900 went under contract. This was a very busy week. As we roll into the typical “malaise” surrounding the 4th, it will be interesting to see if these numbers continue to impress us like this week.

I’ll be brief this morning! I just want to remind everyone we have two very solid listings recently active. Our off market listings are coming to the market this week!

I can’t begin to tell you about all the excitement in this market and our business. So, let’s get started. Year over year, our office @Kentwood is out pacing last year. Dee and I are out pacing last year. Seems like whenever we see a “pause” in the market, almost immediately, we see a resurgence. This is all good.

Last month, 6,097 single-family homes, condominiums, and townhomes were placed under contract, according to DMAR. That was the most under contracts for any April since 2013, when 8,223 homes were placed under contract.
