Welcome to a Walking Tour of Homestead in the Willows. This 4.6 mile tour through Homestead in Centennial, CO. From the Homestead Elementary School through the Willow Springs Open Space, onto the Parkway and through the enclaves that surround it. This is a fun tour well worth your time!

Homestead in the Willows has two “parkway” neighborhoods or filings. Filing #18 is Homestead on the Parkway, and Filing #19 is Homestead at Willows End (The last new home construction to take place in Homestead). The following are plat maps and floor plans for these two communities. It is not all inclusive as there are a couple of variations and custom homes.
