   Is this a current listing? My family is looking to purchase both sides of one of these paired homes (not as an investment property; for my aging parents to live in one side and my young son and me to live in the other), and judging by your site, you seem to have a good handle on the activity in this community. I am assuming that in order to get both sides, we will likely have to find a structure that is owned by an investor and rented…
