We enjoyed a great program as Realtors last week as Lawrence Yun, Ph.D. lead us through some history and some predictions.  Dr. Yun clearly and graphically relates the impact of aggressive lending and borrowing habits of the last decade.  This power point presentation is a must for all buyer’s and sellers currently in the market, for those looking to complete transactions in the next couple of years.  The path to recovery is clearly identified.  There is good news for Denver Real Estate!  Enjoy!
