| Denver ranks No. 6 in the country for appreciating home values, according to a national survey by Realtor.com. While homes are expensive, on average they have been returning 11% profit.
VF Corp., the parent of North Face and other outdoor retailers, plans to bring 800 high-paying jobs to the Denver area. The metro area checked off enough boxes to land this economic plum, which will be the largest publicly traded company in Colorado.
