With 10,500 Active SFR Listings, it is more than we would like, but is still fewer than 2025 at the same time on the calendar of 12,403.
Finally, with 19,522 Closed SFR Listings so far this year, we will probably match last year, but we certainly won’t exceed it. The malaise has set in; only the best and brightest will bring those multiple offers on day two of that new listing.
To sum it all up with “Just the Facts”, it looks like we will continue to have this guarded market well into the fall, when we should get some interest rate relief and be gone with the elections.
