A long-vacant King Soopers across from Sloan’s Lake is being transformed into the Edgewater Public Market. So far, twelve eateries have leased space in the food hall slated to open this fall.

Platte 15 is the Highland’s latest office and retail project. It’s a unique 5-story project utilizing Cross Laminated Timber, a new approach toward sustainable construction. Completion is slated for October.
