We are pleased to announce Luisa Staerkel as the Managing Broker of the Kentwood Company, DTC office. Luisa has been a Broker Associate with the DTC office for the past 3 years and comes with a vast level of experience, owning and managing her own real estate brokerage in Denver, The Devonshire Company.

John Fitzpatrick, Sales Manager and Roger Campbell, President will remain in their positions through year-end to help with the transition and will continue thereafter with their successful real estate sales careers as Broker Associates with the Kentwood Company.

For a first hand look, just click on the image, but let me give you a brief run down of how things are looking.  New visits up almost 54% in the last 12 months.  And the big one, direct traffic due to name recognition is up also.  Search engine traffic is up 100% in the last 24 months.  This is all great news for the exposure of your real estate.
It doesn’t stop there.  A continually improving internet campaign marches on.  Look for even greater gains through the end of 2010 and into 2011.  This commitment to the internet follows the consumer where reportedly, 84% of real estate searches start.
This brings up an important point.  Previously, a Realtor had the opportunity to dialog with buyers.  “Floor Time” was used to answer buyer telephone questions about a property and enjoy a greater buyer interface.  With the internet becoming so content rich, that interface has gone on line.  As a result, we are tracking the number of times your listed property shows up in a search, how many times it is subsequently viewed, and how long the average time on the site is taking.  This information is very powerful, because it allows us to determine if we are providing the information the potential buyer may want.  And, if they are returning, we know they have found it, and we know if they are sharing it!
Long story short, “the best never rest”.  The commitment to present your real estate to the market and expose it to the greatest number of potential buyers never ends.  As this process matures and the internet commands more and more consumer time, we will become more knowledgeable, and we will share that knowledge with you.

We Are Denver Real Estate

All you have to do is go to the app store either in itunes or on your phone and search “Denver real estate” and you will find the new app. We are the first and only ones to show up for the keyword “Denver real estate” in the app store! In addition to Denver real estate you can also search by Kentwood or other variations of real estate keywords, to find the app. Currently the app asks you to register and after tons of feedback from our beta group we decided that we should take the registration off. So likely within a day or two you will not have to provide any information to use the app. The app will also be available for the ipad in the very near future, as well as the android version of the app that is being developed as I type. We will begin beta testing the droid version within the next two weeks and have it live within a month.

Kentwood Real Estate Announces

Second Quarter 2010

Sales Volume and Transactions

DENVER – Kentwood Real Estate and its top-producing real estate professionals posted total sales volume of $324 million for the second quarter of 2010, representing a remarkable 34 percent increase over 2009 second quarter results of $243 million.  Kentwood Real Estate also recorded a total of 769 real estate transactions for the second quarter this year compared to 633 real estate transactions recorded for the first second last year, which represents an increase of 22 percent.
