As a quick recap, May, 2011 combined MLS Residential Statistics had the following changes compared to May of 2010.
- Decrease in the Number of Closed Sales down 11.1%, to 3,036
- Average Days on Market increased to 108 days
- Number of Active Listings decreased 14.5% to 13,958
- Absorption Rate was virtually unchanged at 4.6 months
- Average Sold Price slightly increased ( from $273,285 to $279,443)
