- 20.5% increase in the number of closed sales year-over-year (2,975)
- 19.1% increase in the number of closed sales year to date (34,439)
- 27.3% decrease in average days on market (72)
- 28.2% decrease in number of active listings
- 11.2% increase in average price – sold ($206,773)
Condo Highlights:
- 19.5% increase in number of closes sales year-over-year (717)
- 39.0% decrease in average days on market (64)
- 37.6% decrease in number of active listings (1,511)
- 29.0% increase in average price – sold ($198,080)
