Last week we saw a much greater number of listings and under contracts. This week, we saw a decline in both. Proving once again, if we had more inventory, we’d have more sales. To a certain extent, we are observing that, “Buyers want last year’s prices and Sellers are still holding out for next year’s prices”. A conundrum of the ages, but we work to keep the friction in the Denver Market Place moving forward. This would be a great season to put your home on the market!
