It’s hard to classify the Denver Market. How deep is this current level of demand, and are we awestruck because our personal production through the first half of 2020 has been so great? It’s always tough to really define a trend until it has passed, but right now is the time to sell a house, and with 50 year lows in interest rates, it is also the time to buy. It is the perfect storm!
