COVID-19 has been an interesting ride here in the mountains. We experienced the fear of the unknown and learned quickly how to adjust to be there for our clients and each other in a new way. While things were uncertain at times, we stayed optimistic that our beautiful mountain communities and lifestyle will always be desired. The promise of pent-up demand came true. Sales volume in July, for example, showed a 76% increase compared to July of last year – truly incredible!

A little recap of some stand-out numbers we saw in July 2020. While the year-to-date numbers reflect a slow-down, the July comparisons show how busy the market here in Eagle County is and we expect this trend to continue! New written contracts for Slifer Smith & Frampton this July increased by 67% over last year so we can’t wait to see what the next few months bring.
