Denver Market Watch with 2020 Vision 10/06/2020

Oh my gosh! It’s been two weeks since our last post on the #DenverMarketWatch. Family, Travel and Fun have interfered with our ability to get this out to you, but here we are today, giving you a great big dose of #MoreoftheSame!

Just take a quick look below. New Listings are half of what Pending and Closed transactions are for the last week. When a #ResidentialMarket only offers 1,000 new listings when it is absorbing twice this amount every week, a shortage is sure to occur and sure enough, #WeHaveaShortage!
