Listed below are Denver Real Estate Market Update links for October, 2010 and a PDF attachment of likely MLS areas for DTC sales offices.

As a quick recap, October, 2010 combined Denver MLS Residential Statistics had the following changes compared to October of 2009.

  • Decrease in the Number of Closed Sales to 2,280 (down 25.3%) Ouch.
  • Average Days on Market had a slight increase to 102 days
  • Number of Active Listings increased 14.6% to 16,473
  • Absorption Rate increased to 7.7 months (up 56.8%) Another Ouch
  • Average Sold Price increased (up 9.7% from $261,771 to $287,048)
