This is the most exciting thing happening in Lone Tree today!
Last week, I was showing property in Lone Tree, Colorado. My buyer found a couple of resales attractive, but like always, the sellers had made little or no relative effort to compete with the new homes being built down the street. So, we went straight for the new home models.
The Overlook in Heritage Hills can only be describes as something very exciting. First of all, the floor plans are unique, but familiar. Second, like many enclaves, the site sizes can hardly be described as generous, but the indoor-outdoor spaces through architectural magic have clearly bridged the gap between privacy, utility and excitement. That’s right, these plans are exciting!
There are 4 plans. Each plan addresses specific buyers’ needs, but all 4 plans address all buyers’ wants. One Ranch and Three Two-Story Plans provide enough choice that I found myself placing my own personal property in these plans. The “Man Cave” in one of the models is really special!
