As a quick recap, Combined DTC MLS Areas – June 2011 had the following changes compared to June of 2010.

• The Number of Closed Sales increased 2.1%, to 3,295
• Average Days on Market increased to 99 days
• Number of Active Listings decreased 18% to 14,215
• Absorption Rate declined 16.3% to 4.2 months
• Average Sold Price decreased slightly (from $299,375 to $292,230)
