It appears the shortage of choices is having an impact on the number of sales over $1M so far this year.  I’m going to predict a little catch up in the next 60 days.  Let’s see if I know what I’m talking about.  Any bets out there?

    Good numbers for the luxury market. Is this data from the Luxury Report I send out each week or are you using MLS or some other source. Just curious.
